Jolene Johnson – West Point Investigations

It has been revealed the recorded conversation between Jolene Johnson and Jonathan Yaniv (Jessica Simpson) was a set-up. The ‘Sara’ referred to is Sara MacDonald (sara@westpointinvestigations.ca) who owns Truth Investigations. She has long worked for Jolene Johnson, doing the dirty work of criminals. Among her key contacts is queer lawyer Kyla Lee.

Jolene Karen Johnson had a court date yesterday in Vancouver. Her numbers are (604) 364-1269 – CELL (604) 910-5895 – CELL 2 (604) 214-0524 – BUSINESS (866) 593-0016 x 1008 – BUSINESS
Her daughter is Ciarra Holden who lives with her in the basement of 7721 Kite St.

Jolene Karen Johnson contacted, unsolicited, the subject of her latest criminal harassment complaint. (On Mon, Nov 17, 2025 at 11:22 AM Jolene Johnson <jolene@westpointinvestigations.ca> wrote: This is my conversation with David.) She did this despite the fact cops told her to leave the man alone. Johnson is guilty, again, of public mischief. Public mischief is a criminal offense where someone intentionally misleads a cop to start or continue a false investigation. Johnson continuously makes false police reports for her benefit and for her dirty clients. She does this crime as she skips required court dates after being busted for exactly the same thing.

Jolene Karen Johnson failed to appear in court and was a FTA. If she fails to attend court on December 10 a warrant will be issued and cops will arrest her.

Jolene Karen Johnson was due in court Nov 12. She failed to show up. Amazingly enough she is STILL apparently running to cops to file false reports. This woman takes the cake. WHO does precisely the same crime whilst they are being spanked in court for it?

Its said her fraud on the Lottery Corp could land her in jail.

Jolene Karen Johnson was indicted for three criminal charges … two charges of public mischief making false criminal complaints to cops that were false and theft over $5000 dating back to 2019. The theft over $5000 is linked to the BC Lottery commission.

Jolene Karen Johnson has more public mischief charges in the pipeline. This woman SURELY isn’t that bright to keep doing and getting busted for the same crimes over and over. Her PI license is doomed. Amazingly enough her ‘services’ are promoted by the LSBC and their ‘Sandbox’ Initiative. Apparently the LSBC is twice as clueless as the straight up conwoman Jolene Karen Johnson.

This would be the video of cops bugging a citizen in the middle of the night, acting on ANOTHER fraudulent harassment complaint of PI extra dirty Jolene Karen Johnson, who was working for the recently busted Svetlana Rilkoff.

Jolene Karen Johnson has EXTENSIVE conflict in civil court, and is tied to bankrupt PI Lee Hanlon (lhanlon@shaw.ca)

Lee Hanlon has a free blog on Wix. He is very seriously (daily) pro Donald Trump. Naturally he’s begging for donations. Securus Investigation Services

Lets put them together for the truly horrid, clock stopping Jolene Karen Johnson of West Point Investigations Corp. (604) 214-0524 (jolene@westpointinvestigations.ca)

Jolene Karen Johnson’s (aka Diana Leigh Holden) claim to fame is as a paid peon of the Ezra Healing operation of Svetlana Rilkoff. She does the dirty business for the illicit enterprise. Going rate for her services is $100 to $200 per hour. She is a career bill collector. Here. Before Westpoint she was president of Worldwide People Locators. She fronts West Point Investigations Corp, NPL Credit Recovery inc., National Risk Management Group Ltd. and NRMG inc. All are thought to be laundering money.

Jolene Johnson filed a false RCMP report of criminal harassment with dirty Castlegar pigs October 25, 2025. Jolene Johnson was hired by Michael Martinz. She recorded a call where Svetlana Rilkoff said Michael had murdered his best friend of 40 years and was allegedly involved in two other murders. Claims were recorded. The false RCMP report has backfired and Jolene Johnson may be charged at which point she will be OUT of the PI business permanently.

A dive on the shit terrible free Weebly blog of Jolene Johnson returns – “For private clients we can provide a skip-trace for a residential address for a flat rate of $975.00 Canada Wide.”

Beauty contestant runner-up Jolene Johnson is Wolastoqiyik, from Neqotkuk First Nation, New Brunswick. Her father, now deceased, was a member of the HAMC.

National Risk Management Group Ltd. shares her address at Willingdon Heights RPO 28537, Burnaby BC V5C 6J4 Telephone: 604-404-2108 (24/7) It is another cheap and abandoned incarnation of Jolene Johnson. (http://www.nrmg.ca – @NRMGLTD)

She touts her association with Dr. M Arif Qammar. The Oman based Dr. Arif Qammar posts on Instagram he can ‘Detect cancer 4 years before symptoms’ https://youtu.be/HlUIEjeJ4DA.
“Jolene Johnson, who runs Vancouver-based West Point Investigations Corp., said a CSIS officer approached her on June 17 (2024) to discuss concerns that China has been hiring private investigators to track down alleged fugitives who are often critics of Beijing. “During the course of her visit, she advised me that she was on the China team and they were really concerned about China and their interference in our federal elections,”

She said CSIS told her private investigators are being hired to investigate and locate wealthy Chinese people in Canada, often in the 30-plus age group. This information is then turned over to Chinese authorities, Ms. Johnson said.

Ms. Johnson said the CSIS agent told her the Chinese send over police to enter Canada posing as civilian visitors and they exert pressure on these wealthy Chinese businesspeople. Measures include taking family members in China into custody and then trying to force the Canadian targets to return to China.”

One wonders WHY CSIS approached this woman and WHY she is spewing to the press about that visit and what was said. Jolene Johnson has a very big, very stupid mouth.

The National News Media Council received a complaint about accuracy in an April 9, 2025 article published by the Cowichan Valley Citizen by the filthy crooked dirty Jolene Karen Johnson. Johnson filed a complaint stating that an individual described as a “licenced investigator” was not, in fact, licensed in the province of British Columbia. They were licensed in Alberta, and that set dopey Johnson off. She likely won’t be licensed anywhere pretty soon.

Jolene Karen Johnson hired screaming transvestite Jonathan/Jessica Yaniv to serve legal documents. Its said they are a couple. A couple of what exactly is far from clear.

Statement from West Point Investigations Corp.
IMMEDIATE RELEASE
August 2, 2025
West Point Investigations Corp. has recently learned of a group of individuals who are posting defamatory statements about a contractor identified as Jessica Simpson who we hired to serve a document on behalf of our organization. Jessica Simpson identifies as being a transgender woman.
We are an inclusive organization as such we do not discriminate against anyone. Further to this under the BC Human Rights Act, an employer may not discriminate against an employee or a contractor due to a criminal record to which that criminal record or conviction is not related to the position to which that individual is applying for work. Further an organization may not discriminate based on an individual’s gender identity, or disability as they are protected grounds under the Human Rights Code.
We are aware of the consistent unwarranted and unprevoked senseless attacks on Ms. Simpson, due to her gender identity, as well as her previous actions that were posted publicly in her personal life. However, these posts were posted one sided and the public has been shielded from knowing the totality of the situation that Ms Simpson was dealing with. The videographers would deliberately harass Ms. Simpson in order to illicit a physical / verbal confrontation to get a “sound piece” to harass Ms. Simpson further. While we do not condone some of the statements used by Ms. Simpson in videos that we have reviewed, these are dated and not current, and Ms. Simpson has acknowledged that the prior conduct in her personal life regarding choice of words were not appropriate. We further do not speak about previous court matters that Ms. Simpson was involved in regarding Civil Litigation.
There is no place for racism, or transphobia in society.
Although we do not typically comment in relation to online posts about people, we wanted to state that upon utilizing the individual for serving a legal document, the contractor did submit a criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check and the purported criminal offences / convictions that are being reported online about this individual are factually false. The contractor has no convictions of sex offences, or anything that would create a concern for public safety.
As an organization we recognize people come from various lifestyles and at times individuals may make poor choices. These choices are theirs to make, however when a person shows remorse for those actions, and does not continue those actions they need to be provided the opportunity to grow from those experiences and feel supported.
In the world of civil litigation at times self-litigants are not heard by the courts, further to this when and if that self-litigant has a disability, they may not be able to present their version of event correctly. Further to this people that litigate at times without representation of a lawyer may not have the legal knowledge to present the best case possible. As such decisions of the court are rendered and people do not have the financial resources to appeal those decisions.
We are fully aware of Ms. Simpsons present circumstances and we support her in being a productive member of society, and she deserves to be able to live peacefully without being subjected to ongoing hate, harassment based on her previous mistakes, and her gender identity.
However, in order to support change in society, one must look at current events and not past events, and support individuals who are advocating changes for themselves.
At West Point Investigations Corp. we believe in being inclusive both with clients as well as our employees, and service providers, as such we work with facts not false narratives that online keyboard warriors like to present to damage ones reputation.
It must be recognized that as an organization we do not hold the same personal values as our employees, service providers and contractors and we do not always condone what one may have done in their past.
As such posting defamatory comments about or organization is not warranted.

Similarly, referencing documented convictions and court rulings is not defamatory, but based on public record. For example, Ms. Simpson pleaded guilty to uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in 2020 (242940-1), and was later found guilty of assaulting Keann Bexte in 2022—both offences falling under the category of violent crime. These are factual matters, not opinion.

These include disturbing interactions involving racist language, predatory or sexually inappropriate conduct, and highly aggressive behavior. While not all of these resulted in criminal convictions, it is well recognized—particularly in cases involving allegations of child abuse or sexual misconduct toward women—that the conviction rate remains low, and absence of charges does not negate the existence of risk, patterns of behaviour, or the relevance of public concern.

These concerns fall squarely within the realm of public interest—especially when a person becomes a known figure through media coverage, repeated public incidents, or legal proceedings. The Rebel Media v. Simpson case confirms that such matters can be commented on as they pertain to public trust and safety.

In Simpson v. Rebel News Network Ltd., 2023 BCSC 862, the BC Supreme Court confirmed that reports about Ms. Simpson’s conduct—including her tribunal record, public incidents, and threats—were matters of public interest. The ruling also affirmed that such commentary is protected under the principles of fair comment and freedom of expression.

You referenced the BC Human Rights Code and protections against discrimination based on unrelated criminal history or gender identity. That is understood and respected. However, public discussion of criminal convictions, emergency service misuse, and violent or harassing behavior—especially when connected to subcontracted work involving legal process service—is not discriminatory. It is justified concern about risk and professional credibility.

These concerns extend beyond mere licensing compliance; they touch on professional judgment, safety, and public trust — foundational elements in your industry.

However, I would like to note that under the BC Security Services Act, licensed private investigation firms are legally prohibited from engaging any individual—employee or subcontractor—to perform regulated security functions (including process serving) unless that individual holds a valid security worker licence.

It is a human rights violation to discriminate in employment based on any criminality that is not related to the occupation at hand. In Ms. Simpson’s case there was no criminal record that was related to anything sexual.
