What we have is the Sandher Crime Family attempting to censor this post, which on its face, has nothing to do with them. The fact is it has EVERYTHING to do with them. The Sandhers are well known tools of the Sinaloa Cartel. By attempting a takedown for the benefit of David K Georgetti, we are provided the rock solid proof that Georgetti is also in service to the cartel.

David K. Georgetti reputation is for fixing judges and perverting justice for drug dealers. His hand appears often in high profile drug cases.

David Georgetti is on a long term, first name basis with William Gallagher the Manager of Supreme Court Scheduling, Vancouver Civil. William.Gallagher@courts.gov.bc.ca.

Gallagher is head of scheduling at the Vancouver courthouse, and his is a name that this space has documented often with Justice K. Ward Branch.

The power to direct matters to select and preferred dirty justices is key.


David K Georgetti is listed as counsel representing his ’boutique’ law firm, but not plaintiff. He obtained a short notice order of ‘vexatious litigant’ from Justice Neena Sharma. The same Neena Sharma who let a Sinaloa Cartel heroin courier off. Here.

Justice Neena Sharma found the defendant a vexatious litigant claiming she had sufficient evidence with no evidence presented in a ‘short notice’ application.

She then proceeded to eviscerate and openly threaten the defendant in her resulting public decision.

David K. Georgetti’s hand was involved in the decision of then rookie Justice Barbara M. Young of the hugely contentious Cowichan Tribes v. Canada, 2025 BCSC 1490 ruling. It was his affidavit that resulted in another vexatious litigant order against a defendant. That matter also had underpinning allegations of wholesale drug trafficking, again related to the Sinaloa Cartel.

There has been yet another CJC rejection of a complaint by sad sack contract lawyer Robin MacKay and it involves David K Georgetti’s pet Justice Neena Sharma, again. The reason? Well that doesn’t really matter to the assholes at the Canadian Judicial Council, headed by the $546k per year Richard Wagner.

David K Georgetti is the son of long-time union leader Ken Georgetti. Ken Georgetti served as president of the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) from 1999 to 2014. Prior to this, Georgetti was president of the British Columbia Federation of Labour.

The iron fisted, autocratic Ken Georgetti was disposed as leader of the CLC in an unexpected palace coup in 2014.

The senior partner of Vertlieb & Company is Art Vertlieb. Vertlieb is a former President of the Law Society of B.C.

The Methuselah (art@vertlaw.ca) was called to the B.C. Bar in 1973. In some circles he is considered the grandfather of ‘lawfare’ in B.C. Lawfare includes a simple strategy. The target is slapped with a vexatious litigant order by a compliant/corrupt Justice, stifling any possibility of making judicial applications. It is used to harass and subdue an adversary.
