They are separate people on the strata council at Miriam’s seniors-only building. Jonathan Yaniv has filed 5 separate complaints against BC Emergency Health Services for discrimination based on his sexual orientation. All have been denied. The PHSA sued Yaniv to stop the continuous abuse of first responders. File 2272418. The day after PHSA got a judgment for $4,499 – $3,500 penalty plus court costs, Yaniv claimed on social media that he was “sexually harassed and abused”. In 2019 Yaniv made a human rights complaint against Canada Galaxy Pageants seeking $10,000 in damages for “injury to dignity and feelings” after being denied status as a beauty contestant. That was eventually dismissed this year.
