Gurtaj Singh Sandher visited by cops – revisit

Gurtaj Singh Sandher was paid a visit by RCMP in fall 2025 for issuing threats against a neighbour.

He was warned not to have any direct or indirect contact, other than through legal channels, otherwise he would face charges for uttering death threats.

The Sandhers have become increasingly bellicose and belligerent.

Gurtaj Singh Sandher whined to cops then that his family had blown over $300k on lawyers, and $250K on personal protection services for what he perceives as threats. Those numbers would be significantly higher today.

Money spent on executive protection is worth every penny, this because of the Sandher brothers hit on Donny Lyons on June 15, 2024.

Gurtaj Singh Sandher complained how the courts suck and cops aren’t doing enough to protect him and his family.

He cried at length about how he feels a sense of powerlessness as the world conspires against him and his family.

The Sandhers are not popular with neighbours, and Gurtaj Singh Sandher knows it.

He gave low ball offers to some of his neighbours to buy them out, and the answer was NOPE! This was likely what brought RCMP to his door as Gurtaj doesn’t like rejection. Its thought the Sandhers were trying to acquire more ground close the ‘Kelowna Springs’ rezoning at 480 Peno Road.

The Kelowna Springs rezoning/land swap is said by Kelowna city staff to be a ‘done deal’ and one that would be completed by March 30. That discounts the required council vote. Most assume the Kelowna City council has been compromised to the point that the vote is a foregone conclusion. Its likely tens of millions of Sinaloa Cartel capital rides on Kelowna Springs.

The Sandhers are under investigation for flying ‘agricultural drones’ in restricted airspace near the airport. After we published a drone flight video near their drug lab on Black Mountain from October, 2024 showing a bunker ventilation shaft, the Sandhers started using drones for survellance themselves. A large area around Kelowna airport is a restricted Class D control zone air space with drones being prohibited.

A bunker ventilation shaft can be seen at 3:24 in the top right corner.

One of the things making it difficult for RCMP working on the Sandher case is the disclosure law based on the precedent setting Regina v. Stinchcombe. That ruling is one of the things that has derailed attempts at nailing the Sandher crime family.
