Baltej Singh Agwan, owner of a local supermarket, imported large amounts of meth into New Zealand. This included nearly 29,000 cans of the Honey Bear beer from Toronto. Cops arrested Baltej Singh Agwan at Auckland’s airport. He was on his way to board a flight to Dubai that he booked the same day. The hard core Khalistani was convicted in NZ after the meth bust and sentenced to 22 years in prison.

Canada is flooding New Zealand with meth. From 2020 to 2024, New Zealand seized more meth from Canada than from any other country, 1,200kg with an estimated street value of about $350m. Virtually all of the Sandher Crime Family’s meth output was bound for New Zealand and Australia.
