The capitalists at Denciti held their public meeting on the rezoning of Kelowna Springs after resheduling. They tried to jam through a ‘community meeting’ with no notice. One man in particular has an interest in the pending rezoning of the golf course, and that is Khalistani KTF (Khalistan Tiger Force) brass Gurjit Singh Jhajj. He sits at the executive table of the separatist group.
The major league money launderer for the Sinaloa Cartel through Sami El-Helou has a vested interest in a positive outcome. Its said there are many tens of millions of drug money involved in the project.
Overshadowed by synthetic drug producer Bir Singh Sandher, yet a major league KTF money launderer in the Okanagan, Gurjit Singh Jhajj is behind Kysa Investments Ltd and Durali Properties. Kysa Investments is the vehicle for the ownership of Jhajj’s Subways.

Details were scant in July 2023 after the sale of the Ramada Hotel at 2170 Harvey Avenue in Kelowna to Gurjit Singh Jhajj. How much did he pay for the 135-room hotel and conference center at Highway 97 and Leckie Road? The asking price was $32m. How he paid for it is a better question. On March 27, 2024 Aspen Lands Advisory submitted a subdivision application. Gurji Singh Jhajj wants to subdivide and create a separate property for a new Marriott Town Place Suite in the parking lot west of the Ramada hotel.
This was his plan all along. Then, funding for construction of the new hotel was not a Sinaloa Cartel problem. Plans for his new hotel look less certain after the Sinaloa Cartel was deemed a terrorist organization both in Canada and the US.

The status of Gurjit Singh Jhajj’s ambitious hotel expansion through Durali Properties (info@duraliproperties.com) isn’t clear. It has apparently stalled.
The incestuous relationship between the various Khalistani can’t be missed. They advertise it, openly.

Ravinder Singh Nijjar of Canco Petroleum (brother of slain KTF boss Hardeep Singh Nijjar) touts Dew often. He also touted newly incorporated DPG Developments Ltd., owned by Ajay Singh Jhajj. Ajay Jhajj is the son of Gurjit Singh Jhajj. Ajay completed a new luxury home build on LonePine. He and DaDee have designs on more industrial property in Salmon Arm.

Jhajj involvement in the Kelowna Springs development is becoming more obvious. Virtually certainly Jhajj is involved with 480 Penno Road along with Denciti with Bruce Investments Ltd and P 251 Enterprises Ltd. He should have been suspected behind another golf course purchase all along. The Kelowna Springs proposal/steal was submitted by Denciti to Kelowna council in June.
