Brenden Cuni – ICE shooter at Marble Hill

A targeted ICE enforcement operation in Manhattan’s Marble Hill neighborhood resulted in gunfire, leaving a ‘suspect’ seriously wounded and a 5-year-old boy in his car unharmed. The shooting happened around 4 p.m. near Marble Hill Avenue and West 225th Street.

ICE agent Brenden Cuni fired 7 rounds through the front windshield of the suspect’s Honda CRV with an AR assault rifle. The area was filled with school children.

Cuni is identified by New York Daily News as a supervisory detention and deportation officer with ICE. The report stated that Cuni was involved in a case where federal judge ripped ICE agents for giving false testimony to justify violent immigrant arrests.

A Trump-appointed federal judge ripped federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, including Cuni, for giving false sworn testimony and records to justify their violent mistaken-identity arrests of two men in the Bronx.
