The operation is using that right of way (Sun-Canadian) to park their garbage filled trucks. The trucks exit the right-of-way through the back parking lot of the Central Montessori School in North York. That is directly beside the pre-schooler’s playground. We know this as fact because tire tracks don’t lie.
The pipeline apparently transports (under great pressure) gasoline and diesel. Sun-Canadian employs strict multi-layered safety protocols for its pipelines. Sadly, they cannot stop shitbags from trespassing on the pipeline right of way if they are determined to do so.
This is a serious safety issue. That high pressure pipeline was not designed to withstand daily truck traffic over it, something of zero concern to 1800GotJunk and franchise owner Paul Guy.
We replaced the gate belonging to Sun-Canadian at 5:30pm on Sunday, August 16. By 6:15am on Monday, August 17th a Punjabi driver from 1800GotJunk had removed it again. There is no accidental anything here. This is an incredibly deliberate offense by pure shitbags.
