Ravinder Singh Dhanda’s 2 palatial homes are in government crosshairs. Two properties, one at 16368 36A Ave. in Surrey and the other at 15621 Cliff Ave. in White Rock are “proceeds and instruments of unlawful activity,” according to the court filing.
The Surrey property is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom house with 4,600 square feet across two storeys and a finished basement. Its assessed at $2.6m. The White Rock property is 6,300 square fee, six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with an assessed values of $3.6m.
Dhanda and his wife Manjit Kaur Dhanda are the registered owners of both. They acquired the Surrey home in 2003 and the White Rock home in 2021. Dhanda was one of three men arrested in B.C. with Jaskarn Baghr of Surrey and Gurtej Singh Smagh, of Creston. They are a part of the FBI’s “Operation Hard Ball.” Cops also charged Lawrence Bishnoi, Ravinder Dhanda and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria.
