The Federal Court has granted Ottawa a judicial review of a decision by immigration board member Madona Mokbel ordering the release of gangster Karamveer Singh. He is wanted in India to face a murder charge from 2012. The decison of Mokbel was found to be “unreasonable”, once again. For the decade plus the complete slug Madona Mokbel has made bad decisions one assumes it might get one correct by accident now and then.
The decision dated August 3 says the Indian citizen is a member of the Bishnoi Gang, a listed as a terrorist entity in Canada. Singh was ordered released on June 10 by frequent flyer retard Madona Mokbel with conditions that included house arrest, electronic monitoring and a $100k cash bond, but the Canada Border Services Agency refused the payment from Singh’s brother-in-law based on concerns about the source of the dirty money, and he remained in custody.

The Minister of Public Safety wants to overturn an Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) order issued July 7 that would have seen top level Bishnoi gangster Karamveer Singh released. He is a killer and tasked the gun attack on A.P. Dhillon. The federal government argued that Singh poses a significant threat, citing FBI intelligence outlining the gang’s involvement in international extortion and violence.
He was captured by an FBI surveillance camera at an address in California alongside the brother of gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi and another senior gang member, both of whom have since been deported from the U.S. to India.

Singh was to be released on electronic monitoring, under virtual house arrest, after his two sisters posted bonds worth a combined $110,000. That is entirely unacceptable. The Minister of Public Safety claims a jewelry store owned by the husband of one of Singh’s sisters was financed by Karamveer Singh, and pointed to $240k in electronic money transfers the couple “were not accurately disclosing.”
Gangster Karamveer Singh has multiple Canadian immigration proceedings underway — including an application for permanent residency through his wife who obtained a no contact order after he beat her. A common Punjabi theme. The FBI document says Karamveer has a cousin who is his “direct contact in Canada” and “handles all the extortion related to the Punjabi singers.”
A federal court judge put a short term pause on the order after the government filed an “urgent” request for a special sitting the day after bent IRB member Madona Mokbel signed the release order.
Immigration and Refugee Board member Madona Mokbel is world famous. Mokbel rejected the Canada Border Services Agency’s deportation case of Iranian regime’s Afshin Pirnoon, a former director general in Iran’s roads ministry. Pirnoon didn’t qualify as a ‘senior official’ in 2025 according to Mokbel.
Before that, Madona Mokbel was deeply involved in the many failed attempts to deport mafioso kingpin Vincenzo DeMaria.

Madona Mokbel is a fool that makes all Canadians look the same. As for Abjeet Singh Kingra, the man who shot 14 bullets at Dhillon’s home for $4,000, he bought a six-year prison sentence and a deportation order.
