Shooter Seth Hatfield distributed a violent incel manifesto targeting women.
At least 29 gunshots are heard in video circulating online.
Hatfield was killed.
Montreal Police officer (SPVM) Constable Mohamed Lamine Benredouane, 34, and Jewish man Michael Moshe Mizrahi were killed in a shooting in the Côte-des-Neiges neighborhood of Montreal on Monday. A second officer was seriously wounded.
