Chad Williamson – David Parker’s lawyer – ‘finely tuned’

Terdly Calgary lawyer Chad Williamson of Williamson Law is representing David Parker, K9 behind the Centurion Project and Take Back Alberta.

“We are the tip of the spear. We fight for Albertans and we’re in your corner. Williamson Law is a finely-tuned boutique law firm …”

As part of the cease-and-desist letter sent to Parker, Elections Alberta requested he sign a sworn statement declaring he would stop using the voter list.

Every indication suggests Parker intends to keep distribution of his illegally obtained voters list and ignore the injunction. If this is what Chad Williamson is advising his client there will be two sets of handcuffs. Chad baby needs to look around. The ‘CorruptCare’ scandal reeks of obstruction of justice and his open mouth role with David Parker could be that.

Williamson is telling whomever will listen that Elections Alberta was “circulating a fictional narrative.”

Chad Williamson said the demand for a sworn statement amounts to an “unconstitutional trap” and that’s why his client refused to sign it. “Asserting fundamental constitutional rights against state overreach is not defiance — it is the bedrock of our justice system.”

” We do not advise clients to walk into unconstitutional traps,” he said. “In plain terms, the state is attempting to use civil proceedings to compel sworn evidence from a citizen while a penal investigation is actively underway.”

Williamson said he doesn’t represent The Centurion Project and wouldn’t comment on it’s steal of the voter list info of 2.8 million.

We suggest Chad Williamson start to behave like a real lawyer before the handcuffs come for him.

Instead of making his constitutional arguments to reporters he should STFU and do it in front of a judge.
