The Alberta Prosperity Project has been under investigation by Alberta’s election commissioner since mid-January for failing to register as a third-party advertiser. Elections Alberta asked a judge to adjourn an April hearing without setting a future court date.

In response to the second notice, APP lawyer Jeffrey Rath accused the commission of making “baseless accusations” and of bias, procedural unfairness and incompetence. Rath was acting for the nutty Mitch Sylvestre. Also named was Dennis Modry, the APP co-chair. The threshold requiring registration is low.

The two men were asked for copies of invoices or receipts related to town hall meetings hosted by the APP between Jan. 2 and 31. This included venue rental costs or the fair-market value costs that may have been donated in kind, regardless of the amount, including food and beverages, and any cash contributions received. The APP has held dozens of town halls across Alberta.
Rath claimed the APP was not a legal entity and therefore couldn’t register as a third party under either the provincial Citizen Initiative Act or the Citizen Initiative Regulation. “Alberta Prosperity Project is a loose affiliation of individuals, NOT a legal entity having any legal personality in any sense of the word,” Rath wrote. The election commissioner pointed out that the Alberta Prosperity Prospect Society was incorporated under the provincial Societies Act on Jan. 26, with Sylvestre as the chair and Rath as a director. The APP society is “the governing body controlling and providing direction to the Alberta Prosperity Project, a branch project of the Society.”
Rath’s insulting lying bullshit is exactly that. Rath’s false description of the APP as simply a loose affiliation of individuals still meets the definition of a group under the Citizen Initiative Act.

Alberta separatist Mitch Sylvestre thinks the King of England is plotting to kill him. No, we’re not making this up. In February the equally confused Mitch Sylvestre contradicted police, saying it wasn’t a bullet-shaped pen a man dropped off at his Sporting Goods business in Bonnyville, but a real bullet meant to scare him.
The mental case went to the press claiming another conspiracy by the RCMP over a pen. Either that or RCMP have never seen a bullet before. Mitch Sylvestre shows every sign of mental illness and perhaps advancing senility.

First to fall is Tim Hoven of the Centurian Project. “Tim Hoven stepped down Tuesday as president of the Rocky Mountain House and District Chamber of Commerce in west-central Alberta” Hoven spoke at Centurion Project events of David Parker, imploring separatists to use the illegal voter database as an outreach tool for their cause.
It appears Hoven resigned a day before the Elections Alberta shit hit the fan and he received his injunction letter.
He may resign from many things, it won’t slow the charges and lawsuits that are surely coming his way.

The traitors at Western Stardard have always been breathless supporters of APP. “Alberta Prosperity Project warns of possible ‘intimidation’ from left-wing activists to independence petition.”
The APP submitted a separation petition with 277,000 names. This is 100k more names than they had obtained 60 days previously. In the last 2 months the group and/or it’s hangers-on were busted cold illegally accessing the data of 2.9m Alberta voters. Verification of the APP petition is blocked by a court order. There is no clear indication of WHEN these screaming criminals will be called out.
It has been said that NO Albertan can enquire if their name has been improperly included in the Separatist petition by the APP without their knowledge. This is not entirely correct. Anybody whose name and personal data has been lifted by separatists may make a written enquiry to Elections Alberta. It is time consuming, will take a long time to get a response, and very few will make that effort. This is precisely what the scum in the APP are counting on.
Lawyers world-wide expect a class action lawsuit will be next. Separatist traitors have played fast and loose with Canadian law from day 1. The damage they have deliberately caused to Canadians SURELY gives rise to compensatory damages. Every one of the men behind the APP stand to be sued stupid, and it couldn’t happen to a group that deserved it more.
