Elections Alberta issues 568 cease-and-desist letters – update

The Office of the Alberta Information and Privacy Commissioner has announced they are launching an investigation into the separatist data breach. The Commissioner issues binding orders, formal monetary penalties, fines, and jail time for privacy offenses. Penalties are levied through the courts, depending on the specific legislation.

568 Albertans who accessed a public, searchable database illegally that revealed the personal information of millions of voters have been issued cease-and-desist letters. 23 letters were sent to those directly connected to the Centurion Project. They have also been ordered to sign a declaration that they will comply with the court order.

Elections Alberta’s bid for a permanent injunction against Centurion and the Republican Party of Alberta is set for late July. The date was set following a brief court hearing in Edmonton. Elections Alberta lawyer Joseph Redman said he had been in contact with lawyers for both the Republican Party and the Centurion Project and they agreed to the date.

Lawyers for the Centurion Project and the Republican Party weren’t present in court and aren’t talking.

All of these traitors received warning letters. Should they violate it, they go to jail for contempt. All face a $100k fine and 12 months in jail for violating the Alberta Election Act.

Pure asshole and traitor Marty Belanger has a problem with his e-mail showing. He objects to showing his personal information after stealing it from 2.9 million of his betters.
