The location is advertising for half a dozen different positions, suggesting staff there are fired regularly. The Job Bank listing points out the minimum wage offered is below that of the ‘high wage’ stream. As of March 2026, the unemployment rate in the Wood Buffalo-Cold Lake region was approximately 6.6%. No low wage stream applications will be processed.
