Trump’s pronounced face drooping became obvious in September 2025. The condition is most commonly associated with a stroke. Given the terrible appearance of Trump lately, its entirely possible he’s having a series of small strokes.

Its another Trump post that initially wasn’t believed.

Trump went on a 5.30 a.m. Friday Truth Social posting spree including the AI-generated image above.

The latest thing grossing folks out, again, are Trump’s hands. Trump’s perpetually bruised hands made a new appearance at a White House event today.

Trump’s swollen, corpse-like appendages (both of them) have flips flapping.

Most of this was posted almost exactly one year ago.

Trump is showing every sign of advancing frontal temporal dementia. “The progressive degeneration of the brain’s frontal and temporal lobes.” NOTHING is making sense from Trump’s shrinking brain.

Trump is far too sick to be President of the United States. His rapidly declining mental acuity and cognitive decline is impossible to ignore.

It should be frightening for Americans, and the world. ALL that is required to determine Trump’s fitness for office is a brain scan.

A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan shows changes in the size and shape of the brain, including the frontal and temporal lobes.

Trump has extreme forward leaning posture. Photos of Trump’s shoes at the Zelensky meeting were noted. Trump wears special shoes to partially counter his forward leaning posture.

Trump’s bent posture is seen in Alzheimer’s patients, as is the sudden, jerking movements of his right arm, his unsteady swaying and pronounced forward tilt.

Changes in balance, gait and forward leaning posture are often signs of degenerative brain disease in the frontal lobes, such as fronto-temporal dementia. Cognition decline includes lack of self-awareness, inappropriate behavior, a lack of empathy, difficulty understanding spoken words, and impaired judgment.

Progression may take 12 years. In its final stages it advances quickly. There is no cure. Trump’s father died of Alzheimer’s at age 93, 8 years after first diagnosis. Trump is 80.
