Harris County, Texas Judge Nathan J. Milliron

The viral video of Texas Judge Nathan J. Milliron (nathan_Milliron@justex.net) belittling an IT worker trying to help him isn’t his only clip.

The judge’s computer problem was caused by ‘user error’.

This squeeky little man has a problem and is clearly not of the correct mental state to be a judge.

The revolting Milliron is a Republican. Here. (nathan@votemilliron.com)

Records from the Texas Ethics Commission show Milliron is delinquent on two required filings, including both campaign finance and personal financial disclosure reports.

Attorney James Stafford was ordered by Milliron to appear in his courtroom after emailing the judge and urging him to apologize for how he treated the IT worker. The judge accused him of ‘ex-parte’ misconduct. The lawyer declined, saying he has no cases before the full blown mental retard Milliron “I’ve never seen a judge act this way,” Stafford said. “His conduct was way out of hand.”

The Milliron judicial order to appear before him is unlawful and the lawyer engaged in speech protected by the U.S. constitution. The judge’s legal theory for jurisdiction is that public speech by a non-party constitutes ex-parte communication. Even a drooling fool would see this would give judges de facto control of all public speech about courts.

The NY Times and other major news outlets have picked up the story and it is going viral. Nathan J. Milliron has torpedoed himself thinking his shit no longer carries any stench.

Judge Nathan J Milliron filed for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in May 2025 (5 months after being appointed) with nearly 70k of credit card debt. That was dismissed because the court said he failed to comply with court orders. Milliron is in deep financial trouble and that was so before he was elected for a position he ought not be in.
