He was sworn into the thieving cabinet of Dani Panama June 9, 2023. Williams was moved to Minister of Municipal Affairs on May 16, 2025. He was previously Minister of Mental Health and Addiction. According to the resigned Pete Guthrie, Dan Williams directed payments for First Nations projects to go through Sam Mraiche’s lawyer Brian Ward. Dan Williams has denied knowing Jitendra Prasad.

Mentzelopoulos was told in a January phone call that Williams was “very concerned” about the internal investigations, including one involving “our good friend JP,” with JP being Jitendra Prasad.

Adriana LaGrange was sworn in as Minister of Primary and Preventative Health Services on May 16, 2025.

She was Minister of Health. LaGrange is facing serious allegations of corruption, political interference, and conflicts of interest regarding health procurement contracts. The allegations include pressure to award lucrative, over-priced contracts to private surgical providers and Sam Mraiche’s MHCare, which has ties to her UCP.

Justice Minister ‘Mickey’ Amery (Qassim Mohammed Makki Amery) is married to lawyer Fariha Amery.

Sam Mraiche is Fariha Amery’s cousin. Qassim Mohammed Makki Amery’s family and Sam Mraiche’s family both come from the small town of Joub Jannine in Lebanon.
