Kim World Huang = 10 years

Kim World Huang ran three drug labs in residential properties. He received a 10-year jail sentence and a lifetime firearms prohibition, while Huang Wei “Anthony” Hsu received a 6.5 year jail sentence and a 10-year firearms ban. Both have also been given a forfeiture order for items seized. Project Eprotogenist targeted a network operating large scale methamphetamine labs between 2018 and 2020, including one where a cook died from chemical exposure. Between 2018 and early 2020, Richmond cops and Fire Rescue responded to a series of residential fires that revealed multiple clandestine drug operations.


Meanwhile, Liu Song and Zekun Cao, who were both found in an ephedrine extraction lab, each received a two-year less a day conditional sentence order and a 10-year firearms prohibition. Over 100kg of meth, fentanyl, MDMA, heroin and 7 firearms were seized.
