David Wiechnik at Western Standard News has penned a long investigation piece. Here.
“Is that David Wallace?” Western Standard Publisher Derek Fildebrandt asked reporter David Wiechnik after he had muted the Zoom call they were on.
“Yeah,” Wiechnik replied.
“Holy shit,” Fildebrandt said. “That guy is the most untrustworthy guy there is.”

And so it begins. “In late September, the Western Standard met with Tyler Argue, CEO of risk management firm Westbridge Ventures Canada LP, and political provocateur David Wallace. The men — whom it was later revealed were under directions from Bryan Ward of Park Law LLP — approached the Western Standard with a proposed new angle about the so-called ‘Corrupt Care’ scandal …”

Fingered as dirty as hell in the subterfuge was Sam Mraiche’s nephew Ahmad Jebara. ahmad.jebara@gov.ab.ca |
He was hired to a policy advisor role on the same day that the luxury home that Marshall Smith immediately moved into was purchased by Sam Mraiche’s sister. He’s paid something between $80k to $90k per year.

Ahmad Jebara was an employee of MHCare as an account assistant before his policy advisor role with Energy & Minerals and minister Brian Jean. |
“Argue later confirmed Westbridge’s service agreement was terminated by Park Law LLP on December 24.” Uber long-time readers would recognize Tyler Argue’s name. Many moons ago he was working for ex-Calgary top gang cop Sat Parhar and the out bad HAMC President Damiano Dipopolo. He penned a letter on behalf of the thief, killer, and digraced biker.

“I sincerely hope this message finds you well. My name is Tyler Argue, and I am President & CEO of a risk management consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. I am contacting you regarding a matter concerning Mr. Damiano DiPopolo.![]() |
Mr. DiPopolo, formerly associated with a motorcycle club, has embarked on a significant life transition. He has made a conscious decision to disassociate from his past affiliations and is earnestly working towards integrating into society as a constructive and responsible family man. This transformation, as you can imagine, necessitates the severance of ties with certain aspects of his previous life, particularly those within the motorcycle club community.
In our role as a risk management consultant, part of our responsibility is to assist Mr. DiPopolo in mitigating any potential threats or challenges that may arise from his former associations. A key aspect of this process involves addressing public perceptions shaped by past media coverage, and monitoring active threats against him or his family. It has come to our attention that several articles, some of which may have been published by yourself, or other journalists, are impacting his efforts to reintegrate.
Given the sensitivity and importance of this matter, I am reaching out to discuss the possibility of re-evaluating this content. I understand the complexities involved in requests of this nature and am open to engage in a professional dialogue about how we might address these articles in a manner that respects journalistic integrity while supporting Mr. DiPopolo’s efforts to reform and contribute positively to society.
Would you be open to a conversation regarding this matter? Your cooperation and understanding iwould be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for considering. I look forward to the possibility of a constructive dialogue.
Sincerely,
Tyler

President & CEO”

There was never any “constructive dialogue” with Tyler Argue. What was established beyond doubt is that Damiano Dipopolo had ex-top Calgary gang cop Sat Parhar firmly in his post HAMC biker corner. Sat Parhar was Deputy Chief with the Calgary cops who retired after 28 years in 2019. That’s one highly rank oinker being paid to attend to Damiano DiPopolo’s post-biker PR needs. Long suspected a cop rat, Damiano Dipopolo led an incredibly charmed criminal life and the reason had became clear to this blogger.

Former deputy Calgary police chief Sat Parhar was appointed as the new Chief of Police for the Alberta Police Force by Dani Panama in July 2025. The connect with Sam Mraiche and Dani Panama is confirmed again through Taylor Argue and Sat Parhar.
