Daniel Aldo Gazzola – piece of shit


Daniel Aldo Gazzola, 33, from Maple Ridge, B.C. was dealt a 10-year hunting ban as part of his sentence after he pleaded guilty to five offences under B.C.’s Wildlife Act. He was one of the scum behind an Instagram account called Backcountry Carnivores. He also pulled a $50,000 fine for illegally hunting and killing wildlife in multiple incidents across British Columbia.

Backcountry Carnivores showed up on the radar of cops on Oct. 9, 2023, after Gazzola opened fire in a residential neighbourhood in Sheridan Lake. He shot and killed a deer 48 yards from the nearest home, which was occupied.

Among other things Gazzola illegally killed a female mountain goat accompanied by a kid mountain goat. He was ‘remorseful’, after getting busted. “I’m very remorseful for my actions,” he said. “I can’t say enough how remorseful I am.”

He initially faced 26 charges under the Wildlife Act, including hunting wildlife out of season; unlawful possession of dead wildlife; discharging a firearm in a no-shooting area; hunting without consideration for the lives, safety and property of others and making a false statement. Plus an additional seven criminal charges related to firearm seizures.

3 other scumbags associated with Backcountry Carnivores were charged along with Gazzola.

Cole Victor Rogozinski was fined $7k and prohibited from hunting for three years.

Nicole Danielle Elie Rogers pleaded guilty on Dec. 1 to one count of allowing a licence to be used by another person. She was also fined $7k and prohibited from hunting for three years. Emmanuel Porcellato is slated to stand trial on eight charges in June.
