A fraudulent ALC report was produced for the Sandher Crime Family on June 6, 2024 stating an inspection occurred at 4502 Pyman Road and the illegal activity including unpermitted quarry near their massive drug lab was compliant. The Sandhers referred to the fraudulent document in their paid press.

Mike’s Creek was diverted illegally into an unpermitted lagoon in late 2021. Gurtaj Sandher obstructed an ALC inspection and cops needed to be called in January 2022. After that Sandhers bribed eager unionized civil servants.

Conservation officer Ken Owens (ken.owens@gov.bc.ca) was busted cold receiving $50k for quashing the investigation into Black Mountain. Fintrac flagged a crypto cash out sent from a Sami El-Helou bitcoin wallet at the bank account of Ken Owens at RBC in August 2024. Dirty cash went to Brandon Jacobsen (brandon.jacobsen@gov.bc.ca) of the ALC, and MLA Gavin Dew. (gavin.dew.mla@leg.bc.ca)

A legal threat came from Jason Yamashita and B.C. Government employees union boss Paul Finch. The BCGEU is paying all the legal costs of corrupt union members Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. They took grease from Bir Singh Sandher to ignore the fentanyl lab buried on Black Mountain. Nothing was heard about their employment status, disciplinary hearings, enforcement on the Sandher Crime Family’s Pyman Road, or criminal charges.

RCMP visited Dave Birchmore (Dave.Birchmore@gov.bc.ca) with a duty to warn in October 2024. Cops uncovered a ‘credible threat’ against the life of Birchmore.
“Police have a duty to warn persons who are subjects of a clear, serious and imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm. This obligation begins the moment police become aware of the threat.”

Dave Birchmore’s premature demise benefits Bir Singh Sandher and his Sinaloa Cartel. On September 25, 2024 dirty Fasken lawyer Daniel Byma learned that Dave Birchmore was a rat and cooperating witness. Sandher lawyer Daniel Byma ratted Dave Birchmore out to Bir Singh Sandher, putting his life in danger. Birchmore’s affidavit in support of the Sandhers’ civil lawsuit soon followed. Here

The reason ALC boss Dave Birchmore provided an affidavit to Daniel Byma to support the Sandher Crime Family lawsuit on November 1, 2024 was because he feared for his life. A conflict of interest is the least of Dave Birchmore’s concerns. He can name names, and that is dangerous knowledge when those cartel names are facing jail time.

Dave Birchmore’s affidavit conspicuously says nothing about any ‘Duty to Warn’ from the RCMP. If not true he would be fully expected to deny it. He doesn’t do that because it is true. His false affidavit was made under duress.

Also missing from Dave Birchmore’s affidavit for the Sandhers is denial of the fact he was pulled in for questioning by cops. He swears he knows nothing of any investigation, and that is a straight up lie.

Two weeks ago it was reported in the Vancouver Sun that Former BCGEU executive director Douglas Dykens was ‘constructively dismissed’ by union president Paul Finch. Dykens began working full-time with the union in 2006 and rose to be one of its four executive directors. After Finch was elected union president in June 2024, he began pushing his perceived weight around. The lawsuit alleges that Finch created a toxic workplace, including swearing and screaming at Dykens.

“Mr. Finch repeatedly undermined and embarrassed the plaintiff, often in front of other BCGEU staff or external third parties,” the lawsuit claims. Paul Finch disputes this saying Dykens was disrespectful to his great authority. Finch cries snide comments were made about him. Comments that riled der leader? “He frequently made glib remarks such as, ‘I don’t know, you guys do whatever you want’ or ‘I’m at your command,’

Union bigshot Paul Finch seems to think blowing union funds on hugely expensive lawsuits is a good use of money that doesn’t belong to him. This citizen suggests Paul Finch is in the wrong position. A better one for a man of his executive talents would be picking up dog shit.
