\"\"<\/td>\nMcIlquham and Robert Barletta were the ringleaders of the $131m gambling operation. Both men faced multiple charges, including bookmaking, firearms, and committing crimes for the benefit of a criminal organization. Barletta also faced charges related to tax evasion. <\/p>\n

The case collapsed in 2022 because the trial would have taken 42 months to complete, exceeding the 30-month limit. <\/td>\n
