There has been an e-mail sent (info@cjc-ccm.ca) to the anonymous bureaucrats pretending to oversee judges in Canada. This time we’re looking for the EXACT<\/b> legislation that governs them and the complaint process. There are many rules and deadlines. Fail to follow them and the complaint, no matter how justified, will be dismissed without consideration. This is the fate of 97%<\/b><\/span> of complaints to the CJC every year. Despite this, there are many hundreds of unresolved complaints. “In 2024, 985<\/u><\/span><\/span> complaint files were opened and sent to a screening officer for review. A majority of the complaints considered in 2024, 955<\/u><\/span> of them, were dismissed by a screening

CJC complaint 25-0591 alleges Richard Wagner is failing to do his job properly by failing to vet his good friend Daniel Byma before appointing him to the Supreme Court of Canada. The complaint against Daniel Byma’s good friend Justice Ward K. Branch was dismissed without consideration because Ward had ‘discretion’ to ignore Government of Canada documents proving Daniel Byma’s client’s affidavits were perjury.

After dismissing my complaint about the grossly dirty above noted Justice due to his ‘discretion’, I predicted more fentanyl lab busts.<\/p>\n

That came to pass. The Sandhers have now lost 3 fentanyl labs and their massive storage in Enderby. Even more labs stand to be shuttered according to my very reliable information.<\/b>“<\/p>\n

Branch been summarily rejected, his very, very good friend Richard Wagner has employed him at the Supreme Court level without vetting or a competition. Daniel Byma, at an absolute minimum, requires a CSIS\/CFSEU security assessment because he has proven himself a servant of the largest fentanyl producer Canada has ever seen. He is a career tool of the Sinaloa Cartel, who ultimately are in control of each of those fentanyl labs.\n<\/td>\n
