\nOn February 10, 2025, the Buffalo party changed its name to the Republican Party of Alberta. On April 11, 2025, Cameron Davies was acclaimed as the new leader. Despite entering multiple elections, the party has never been close to electing anyone. Davies himself was handed his ass in a 3rd place result.<\/p>\n
