The judge accused him of &#8216;ex-parte&#8217; misconduct. The lawyer declined, saying he has no cases before the full blown mental retard Milliron \u201cI\u2019ve never seen a judge act this way,\u201d Stafford said. \u201cHis conduct was way out of hand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gangsterismout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/HE1XgLbbMAEBxfO.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\"\/><br \/>\nThe Milliron judicial order to appear before him is unlawful and the lawyer engaged in speech protected by the U.S. constitution. The judge\u2019s legal theory for jurisdiction is that public speech by a non-party constitutes ex-parte communication. Even a drooling fool would see this would give judges de facto control of <strong>all<\/strong> public speech about courts.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gangsterismout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/https-x-com-realdonkeith-status-124874196.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" \/><br \/>\nThe NY Times and other major news outlets have picked up the story and it is going viral. Nathan J. That was dismissed because the court said he failed to comply with court orders.
