Daniel Byma tried to file a criminal hate crimes complaint with the Surrey RCMP 4 business days before filing the Sandher defamation claim. He denied filing a complaint in person at Surrey RCMP in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Affidavit #4<\/b><\/a><\/span> discloses the LMIA of Edgar Watson and the formerly top secret CFSEU document ‘Operation Valley Cloak’ This affidavit was intended to have Justice Branch set his order aside. Justice K. Ward Branch refused to read Affidavit #4. He declared his order could only be appealed and would not be set aside.<\/p>\n

Affidavit #5<\/b><\/a> outlines the true nature of the litigation. The defendant initally thought the Sandher defamation claim was to prevent exposure of an illegal, unpermitted quarry and illegal, unpermitted irrigation lagoon, and the graft paid to civil servants. The motivation of the Sandher claim was to prevent exposure of their $11m buried drug bunker, which is now fully operational and capable of producing drugs including fentanyl, meth, MDMA and sarin. Richard Wagner has been a justice on the Supreme Court of Canada since October 2012. He was named the Chief Justice of Canada in 2017. In 2023, Richard Wagner was criticized for his handling of the complaint against judge Russell Brown. In 2024, Wagner was criticized for having a bust of himself exhibited inside the Supreme Court building. It was apparently paid for by taxpayers. Wagner was also criticized for his excessive foreign travel as chief justice, racking up huge expenses. He was criticized for overstepping the court’s constitutional role and multiple raises. His last was over $60,000<\/a> bringing his pay to $546,000. “I think that the courts in Canada are seen to be impartial, independent, and are well-regarded.” He spewed … \u201cMr. Byma is an exceptional jurist, with significant experience in private practice\u201d. Byma clerked for him from August 2012 through August 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daniel Byma denied multiple requests to visit the Sandher bunker to obtain photos and video evidence for the court. The Sandhers contend the $11m structure is a water cistern. We say it is a massive and equiped lab ready to spit out drugs, including fentanyl and meth. Photos would reveal all, and that is why Byma’s client strenously objected. Justice Gibb-Carsley sided with Byma and his client the Sandhers and denied the application. He also denied cross examination of false Sandher affidavits, denying the explicit provisions of the PPP Act. There is no point in appearing before Gibb-Carsley. No justice will accrue from Justice Gibb-Carsley. He was appointed to the British Columbia Supreme Court in 2022 as a prosecutor from the Department of Justice in Vancouver.

He repeatedly both denied the threat<\/a> and demanded more personal information after that threat. The threat was DIRECTLY tracked back to Gurtaj Singh Sandher’s Proton e-mail account through an RCMP password reset. Gurtaj Singh Sandher used his own phone to set up the account. Parrish refused to disclose e-mails between Byma and Gallagher, despite admitting they existed. \u201cYour belief there is some conspiracy involving Mr. Byma, Mr. Gallagher and Justice Branch, or that Mr. Byma is friends with Justice Branch, is incorrect and false.\u201d<\/p>\n

Justice Ward K. Branch had another complaint lodged against him at the CJC by David Drover. That matter also involves the Sinaloa Cartel. Branch refused<\/u> to look at documents proving the Sandhers liars. He did this after failing to disclose he was a good friend of former Sandher lawyer Daniel Byma. Those are facts. Branch even attended Daniel Byma’s wedding as a guest of honour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Branch issued an order finding that nothing this blogger said was credible and was causing ‘irreparable harm’ to the Sandher Crime Family. “This page contains links to the 3 initial affidavits of the elder Sandher and son Gurtaj, as well as a copy of the LMIA that saw Edgar Watson-Olivarra enter Canada in 2018 as a ‘Farm Foreman’. It must follow that Sandher affidavits are perjury on their face. It takes no legal knowledge to reach that conclusion. It’s obvious.” Progressive affidavits to compel Justice Branch look at this and other documents, including ‘Operation Valley Cloak<\/a>‘ were ignored. All<\/strong> attempts failed. Their conflict of interest was hidden by Justice Ward K. Branch and Daniel Byma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Canadian Judicial Council <\/a>is the national council of the judiciary of Canada, overseeing the country’s federally appointed judges. The Council ensures that Canadians will be heard fairly, by impartial, unbiased, and independent judges. NO oversight of judges in Canada means Justice Ward K. Branch works for Canada’s largest fentanyl producer. Boss of the CJC is Richard Wagner.<\/p>\n

“In 2024, 985<\/u><\/span><\/span> complaint files were opened and sent to a screening officer for review. A majority of the complaints considered in 2024, 955<\/u><\/span> of them, were dismissed by a screening officer under subsection 90(1). Total files closed in 2024 = 1068<\/b><\/i>”<\/p>\n

CJC complaint 25-0591 alleged Richard Wagner is failing to do his job by failing to vet his good friend Daniel Byma before appointing him to the Supreme Court of Canada. It was summarily dismissed. The complaint against Daniel Byma’s good friend Justice Ward K. Branch was dismissed without consideration because Ward had ‘discretion’ to ignore Government of Canada documents proving Daniel Byma’s client’s affidavits were perjury.<\/p>\n

Justice Branch REFUSED to look at immigration documents of top Sinaloa Boss Edgar Watson that proved plaintiff affidavits were lies before issuing his interlocular order. He then refused multiple attempts of the defendant to point this out. He imposed costs on an indigent defendant. After 3 failed attempts in chambers over 8 months over 1,200 people in B.C. died directly of fentanyl overdose. That is the cost of Justice Ward K. Branch and Daniel Byma’s Sandher corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n

Nothing came from the legal threat of Jason Yamashita and B.C. Government employees union boss Paul Finch. The BCGEU was paying all the legal costs of corrupt union members Dave Birchmore, Brandon Jacobsen and Ken Owens. They took grease from Bir Singh Sandher to ignore his fentanyl lab buried on Black Mountain. Nothing has been heard about their employment status, disciplinary hearing, nor of any enforcement action on the illegal Sandher drug bunker on ALR ground on Black Mountain.

\nRCMP visited ALC supervisor Dave Birchmore (Dave.Birchmore@gov.bc.ca) with a duty to warn in October 2024 after Sandher bribes to civil servants were outed. This blogger told Daniel Byma, falsely, that Birchmore was a rat. That information was passed by Byma to his client, and that resulted in a legitimate death threat. Birchmore thereafter provided his affidavit to Byma to assist with the Sandher’s defamation litigation.<\/p>\n
