In December 2025 B.C.\u2019s director of civil forfeiture filed a lawsuit against the Surrey property owners, as well as the owners of Hells Angels clubhouses in Mission and Pitt Meadows. The lawsuit says all three properties should be forfeited for their links to \u201ca criminal organization.\u201d<\/p>\n ————————————————<\/p>\n British Columbia’s Director of Civil Forfeiture wants to seize three clubhouses from the HAMC, claiming properties in Surrey, Mission and Pitt Meadows were used by the club to carry out crimes. Claims include the Mission chapter, the Hardside chapter in Surrey and the Haney chapter in Pitt Meadows. The director’s lawsuit filed in B.C. Supreme Court on Wednesday says the Surrey clubhouse is owned by Gurbinder Singh Johal and Kulwant Kaur Johal, who have allowed the property to be used by the club since 2018.
