(Guacmoosejaw@gmail.com)<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\">All three have been charged with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li lang=\"EN-US\">Taking action against, or threatening to take action against, a foreign worker for participating in an investigation or proceeding by any government or law enforcement agency, or for making a complaint to such an agency.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"EN-US\">Taking unfair advantage of a foreign national\u2019s trust, or exploiting a foreign national\u2019s fear or lack of experience or knowledge.<\/li>\n<li lang=\"EN-US\">As an employer, charging a foreign worker a fee or expense for employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\">The accused are scheduled to appear in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Nov. 25.<\/p>\n<p>Under the older legislation, employers could be penalized up to $50,000 for an individual, $100,000 for a business, and face up to one year in jail.
