Driver Jashanpreet Singh, 21 of Yuba City was speeding and high and never hit the brakes before impact.  Singh was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated after his semi-truck slammed into traffic on the I-10 in San Bernardino County. He was high on meth. After he was arrested it was discovered he was in the U.S. illegally. Singh illegally entered the US in 2022. He worked for Sandhu Transport. There are a multitude of &#8216;Sandus&#8217; operating in California.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gangsterismout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/48ff4b73-786c-4779-8b7d-8948cecd77bc_1761213802.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" \/><br \/>\nIts said the truck is owned by Mathuan Transport LLC of Indianapolis. According to his family and villagers, Jaspreet Singh is an Amritdhari (Baptized) Sikh and served as a &#8216;Panj Pyara&#8217;. Panj Pyare are central figures in Sikhism.
