\nThe TFW violations are reported on a public database<\/a> that lists employer’s lack of compliance. It lists Natarajan’s company, Geethaezhil Inc., as “ineligible” for the program due to the unpaid fine. At least 13 employees resigned or were terminated in late 2023, alleging wage reductions, job duty changes, and threats of dismissal when they voiced concerns about working conditions. Two TFWs spoke out to CBC News alleging mistreatment, poor working conditions and being paid less than agreed-upon wages by Natarajan. Natarajan has owned and managed various Canadian Tire stores through his company GeethaEzhil Inc. since 2012.
