3 fentanyl labs were busted in Aldergrove, Langley Township, and Pitt Meadows between March 26 and 29, 2025. Another part of the Sandher Crime Family operations in B.C., the civil forfeiture lawsuit laid out new details. The director of civil forfeiture names Langley residents Cesar Douglas Escobar Calderon, Harpaul Singh Gill and Michaela Marie Butler Christensen (Michaela Marie Gill) as defendants. The total assessed value of the properties is more than $4.7 million.

\nHome at 3745 208th Street in Langley. Drug lab equipment was delivered here to be sent to various locations. The owners of the home are Harpaul Singh Gill and Michaela Marie Gill. Gill distributed the equipment to the lab in Aldergrove and two others \u2014 one on McKechnie Road in Pitt Meadows and the other on Seux Road in Mission.

\nCops seized a 2020 Dodge Ram linked to Escobar-Calderon containing one kg of fentanyl precursor 4-Piperidone, a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 2015 dump trailer owned by Gill and Escobar-Calderon. When police went to the McKechnie Road property with a search warrant on March 26, they found Escobar Calderon and \u201ca clandestine laboratory for the purposes of manufacturing or processing fentanyl and other controlled substances,\u201d as well as 359 grams of fentanyl and \u201clarge volumes of precursors used in the synthesis of fentanyl,\u201d Escobar Calderon\u2019s townhouse yielded a safe with MDMA inside, and \u201cillicit drug synthesis manuals\u201d and \u201chandwritten notes on illicit drug synthesis,\u201d The Seux Road property in Mission, the third clandestine lab returned \u201ccommercial-sized laboratory equipment,\u201d 2246 grams of MDMA, 5,000 grams of fentanyl, and \u201clarge volumes of precursors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gill was likely the chemist and he is said to have returned to India. His company was One Oak Construction Ltd.<\/a> (604) 773-7285. It would make sense to whack him to silence his acquired knowledge.
