Sam Jaber raided – Mraiche accountant – update II

Broken by Nate Pike, Invest Alberta announced via their web site that Danielle Smith’s appointed board member, Sam Jaber has taken a leave of absence from the position.

Danielle Smith flew to Dubai on the dime of the UAE. She had Sam Mraiche’s accountant Sam Jaber in tow.

RCMP raided the office of accounting firm Jaberson & Associates, a tax preparation and accounting firm owned by Sam Jaber.

Jaber has extensive ties to Sam Mraiche, including once serving as the chief financial officer of MHCare Medical Corp., raided yesterday.

Jaber was appointed to the board of Invest Alberta on November 22, 2023, by Danielle Smith.

Today marks the third day of RCMP searches at a number of Mraiche related locations in Edmonton. A neighbour of former AHS procurement official Jitendra Prasad said his home was raided March 18. Jitendra Prasad and Blayne Iskiw – both of whom then worked as senior procurement officials at AHS – were directors of a numbered company with a person named Khalil Mraiche.

Jitendra Prasad
2464052 Alberta Ltd. was incorporated on Oct. 7, 2022, and listed three directors: Prasad, Iskiw, and Khalil Mraiche, sole shareholder.

On May 10, 2022 Danielle Smith flew to Vancouver with an entourage to watch a game in an elite private skybox with tickets gifted to her by Sam Jaber. (jaber.sam@gmail.com)

**United We Stand Foundation and the Canadian Red Cross — A New Chapter in Humanitarian Support for Lebanon 🇨🇦🤝🇱🇧

I am proud to share a deeply meaningful milestone in our humanitarian journey.

United We Stand Foundation has officially signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Canadian Red Cross to support humanitarian relief efforts in Lebanon and strengthen the life-saving work of the Lebanese Red Cross.

In Lebanon today, families continue to face medical emergencies, shortages of essential supplies, and overwhelming uncertainty. In these critical moments, the Lebanese Red Cross is often the first to arrive and the last to leave — providing emergency medical response, transporting the injured, and delivering urgent humanitarian aid to those who have nowhere else to turn.

This partnership strengthens our shared commitment to addressing the urgent and evolving needs of vulnerable communities in Lebanon — at a time when millions are facing overlapping crises that affect access to food, healthcare, shelter, and essential services. It also creates a trusted and transparent pathway for Canadian donors to directly support emergency relief efforts on the ground in Lebanon through the Lebanon Humanitarian Needs Appeal.

This achievement would not have been possible without the leadership and support of Member of Parliament Ziad Aboultaif, whose commitment to humanitarian causes and community advocacy played an important role in helping bring this collaboration to life. We are also sincerely grateful to Mr. Ghassan Brax, Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships, Canadian Red Cross, for his dedication, support, and contributions in helping strengthen partnerships and advancing this humanitarian initiative.

On a personal level, this partnership carries profound meaning for me. I spent many years volunteering with the Lebanese Red Cross First Aid Teams, at ‘604’ Qabrchmoun post, witnessing firsthand the courage of my fellow volunteers and the critical role they play in saving lives. Supporting this mission today is both an honour and a continuation of a lifelong commitment to humanitarian service.

To my Red Cross family: you are still the beating heart of humanitarian sacrifice and service.”

    Why Your Support Matters:
    • Immediate Impact: Supports emergency medical response and humanitarian relief in Lebanon.
    • Trusted & Transparent: Donations are administered through the Canadian Red Cross.
    • Tax Deductible: Official Canadian tax receipts are automatically issued.

If Lebanon holds a place in your heart, this is a meaningful way to stand with its people during one of their most difficult times. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps deliver life-saving assistance and critical humanitarian support to families in need.

And if you do some digging you’ll find that one of his buddies nominated him For the king Charles award. Had nothing to do with canada.
