Ravinder Robbie Singh Ghag was the owner of a property in Chilliwack that hosted a massive fentanyl/MDMA lab that was busted in October 2025. The clandestine lab was at 44843B South Sumas Road. More than 50 pounds of finished fentanyl pills were recovered. Justin Tyler Fauth, 35, and Carlos Balbino Martinez, 37, were arrested leaving the property. Sonny Ghag, the father of property owner Robbie Ghag, told reporters outside the main house that he knew nothing about the tenants who rented the outbuildings next door.

Fauth was a bodybuilder who owned a supplement shop called Edge Nutrition. It permanently closed in 2022.

This would be an order for sale. This appears some form of joint venture that went haywire with lender Morteq Lending Corp.
