Raj Kandola’s tenants the Nixons and TNT Trucking have been sued yet again. This creditor (info@arundelcapital.com) wants their Western Star truck back. They join a long and growing list of stiffed creditors.

The City of Kelowna did $107,713 worth of business with Kelowna’s TNT Trucking Ltd. in 2024.

Ryan Nixon’s TNT Trucking and father Melvin Ernest Nixon have received ANOTHER default judgment in BCSC, this time in the amount of $143,544 to Castle Fuels. The reprobate owes $234,465 and there is another matter scheduled for a May trial as well as discovery for an ongoing matter. The true bum Ryan Nixon best be hiding everything he owns because it all stands to be scooped to satisfy his judgments.

The good news for creditors is that there might be some equity left in the Nixon home at 375 Moyer Road Kelowna, V1X 4R9. Here

As creditors are now seeking to repossess Nixon’s stolen equipment, he’s parking some of it at 3036 Appaloosa Road, Kelowna. That is a residential property owned by Bhupinder Singh Mroke and Balwant Kaur Mroke.

Naturally THAT Kelowna residential property has become an industrial disaster zone, a drywall and construction debris garbage dump. It will soon be another 982 Old Vernon Road. This is standard operating proceedure for criminals when zoning bylaws are never enforced by a dysfunctional City of Kelowna run by mayor Tom Dyas.

In 2022 Kelowna City Council voted in favour of the rezoning for 11 properties in the area including 3036 Appaloosa Road. The area had a long history of ignoring bylaws. Just three of the 11 properties didn’t have a history with bylaw enforcement. The new zoning is I6 – Low Impact Transition Industrial zone.
